San Juan Symphony 2007-08 Season

Song and Dance

Song and Dance, melody and rhythm, the voice and the body alive with the vibrant pulse of music.  In a season that ranges from Franz Joseph Haydn to Lennon and McCartney, the San Juan Symphony celebrates the visceral expression that has been the heartbeat of music since the first musicians stomped their feet and chanted.

Song & Dance takes us to Opera and to Broadway.  In both art and entertainment the magnificent voice and the poetic human form are music’s essential elements, striving toward expression. This is the music that runs in our veins.  Join us for a season both symphonic and popular – it’ll go directly to your heart . . . and feet!
