SAN JUAN SYMPHONY PRESENTS TALES FROM THE EAST

The San Juan Symphony finishes its 2006-07 season on Saturday, April 21 at 7:30 pm at the Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College in Durango and Sunday, April 22 at 3 pm at the Farmington Civic Center. Music director Arthur Post leads the ensemble in Tales From the East, a program of colorful and exotic music of the Near and Far East, featuring selections by Mozart, Tchaikovsky and Khachaturian. The program will spotlight trumpet soloist Ryan Anthony, internationally acclaimed as a member of the Canadian Brass.
